Remote Operations Manager

NETS International, a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions with over four decades of expertise, is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operational processes for seamless project delivery and service excellence across diverse industries such as Telecom, Banking, and the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational functions to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to support the company’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with project management, technical, and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of customized solutions to clients.
• Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Lead and support a remote team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Manage resource allocation and operational budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial guidelines.
• Identify and address operational issues promptly, implementing robust solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way and comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager role or a similar senior position, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of operational management principles, process optimization, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote team.
• Demonstrable experience in project management and a track record of successful project delivery.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for liaising effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $29 - $38 USD.
