Remote Neurologist - Telehealth (PRN, 1099 Contract)

Job Description

Coverage of virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, with a focus on memory disorders and dementia care.

Diagnosis and management of neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care.

Partnership with NP and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans, including prescribing therapies.

Timely and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR.

Escalation of complex or urgent cases according to Local Infusion clinical protocols.

Key Accountabilities

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with active, unrestricted medical license(s) in NJ; willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions.
• Experience providing and prescribing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications.
• Prior telehealth experience required.
• Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams.
