This is a remote position. Founded in 2006, Satori Mortgage was created to service the loan industry a little differently. We support our branches and loan officers with a full-service, in-house team which offers them the flexibility they need to best serve their territories and customers. Servicing the loan from beginning to end saves the borrower time and money, and you can trust that when we say we can fund a loan, we do it. We do it with care because we are The People!

• Generate your own business through referral relationships, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound.
• Closely convert what you start.
• Be coachable and stay open to feedback.

Qualifications

• Systems and onboarding built by a producing loan officer, designed around what we wish we'd had starting out.
• Real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp Sessions every Wednesday.
• A national community sharing what's working market by market.
• 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and a broker's shelf, so you can structure and close deals you'd lose at a banker shop.
• A real AI edge, not just access to tools.
• No income caps.
