About the role

This is a remote position. Founded in 2006, Satori Mortgage was created to service the loan industry a little differently. We support our branches and loan officers with a full-service, in-house team which offers them the flexibility they need to best serve their territories and customers. Servicing the loan from beginning to end saves the borrower time and money, and you can trust that when we say we can fund a loan, we do it. We do it with care because we are The People!

Responsibilities

• You generate your own business. Whether that’s through referral relationships, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound, how you do it matters less than the fact that you own it. We’ll make you sharper at it, but you have to bring the engine.
• You close what you start. We care more about your conversion than your call count. Anyone can generate activity. We’re looking for people who turn opportunities into funded loans.
• You’re coachable. Our best people, including some who came in green and are already closing, got there by staying open, taking feedback, and running the systems we’ve built. If you already know everything, you’ll hate it here.
• You outwork the room. That part isn’t negotiable. But you won’t be doing it alone.

Requirements

• You have a strong understanding of mortgage lending and the ability to close loans independently.
• You are self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• You are comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of mortgage underwriting and compliance regulations.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Ability to use technology effectively, including AI tools provided by Satori Mortgage.
