About the role

Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who provide real lending power and a wide range of options, but without the corporate bloat. As a brokerage and correspondent lender, you get real lending power and a wide range of options, but without the corporate bloat.

Responsibilities

You generate your own business. Whether that's through referral relationships, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound, how you do it matters less than the fact that you own it. We'll make you sharper at it, but you have to bring the engine. You close what you start. We care more about your conversion than your call count. Anyone can generate activity. We're looking for people who turn opportunities into funded loans.

Qualifications

You're coachable. Our best people, including some who came in green and are already closing, got there by staying open, taking feedback, and running the systems we've built. If you already know everything, you'll hate it here. You outwork the room. That part isn't negotiable. But you won't be doing it alone. What you plug into on day one: Systems and onboarding built by a producing loan officer, designed around what we wish we'd had starting out, not a corporate playbook from someone who's never originated. Real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp Sessions every Wednesday where our producers share what's working right now, plus ongoing development. A national community sharing what's working market by market, in real time. 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and a broker's shelf, so you can structure and close deals you'd lose at a banker shop. A real AI edge, not just access to tools. Gemini through our Google Workspace, custom GPTs we've built for the way we actually work, and hands-on training to use them, including our Agent AI Masterclass for winning agent partnerships. Most twenty-year veterans aren't doing any of this yet. No income caps. And if you want it, you won't be on an island on the tough calls either. A pod leader will jump on real borrower calls and agent and builder Zooms with you when you want a second set of ears, not a script handed to you and good luck, but someone in the trenches with you until it's second nature.
