About the Role
You generate your own business. Whether that's through referral relationships, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound, how you do it matters less than the fact that you own it. We’ll make you sharper at it, but you have to bring the engine.
You close what you start. We care more about your conversion than your call count. Anyone can generate activity. We’re looking for people who turn opportunities into funded loans.
You’re coachable. Our best people, including some who came in green and are already closing, got there by staying open, taking feedback, and running the systems we’ve built. If you already know everything, you’ll hate it here.
You outwork the room. That part isn’t negotiable. But you won’t be doing it alone.

Compensation
$50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
