About the role

Satori Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own business through referral relationships, agent partnerships, personal brand, or outbound strategies.
• Closely convert opportunities into funded loans.
• Be coachable and open to feedback, participating in Bootcamp Sessions and ongoing development.
• Outwork the room, using systems and tools provided by the company.

Requirements

• Ability to generate and close business independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or related field.
• Proven track record of success in generating and closing loans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in using loan origination systems (LOS).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
