Remote Mental Health Therapist - (NC Licensed)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions for clients ages 10 and up
• Complete diagnostic assessments (CCAs) and develop measurable, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with clients
• Deliver culturally reflective services tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices
• Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field
• Active North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCAS or associate-level license
• Associate licenses are welcome with an active Supervision Agreement
• Must attend virtual clinical team meetings
• Must maintain a minimum client caseload per agency policy
• Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and delivering virtual care
• Must pass a background check and be credentialed with insurance panels, state and federal programs including NCTracks

Compensation & Perks
