Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay

Salary range: $67,000 - $76,000 annually (based on experience).

Responsibilities

  • Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
  • Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
  • Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
  • Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
  • Active Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Technical aptitude: maintain applicable knowledge for multiple systems/applications that are customer/clinic-specific; ongoing training and retraining to maintain expertise.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: may be required to work at multiple clinics in a month depending on business need; comfortable with constant change. Scheduled assignments are not guaranteed; hours may vary each week based on assignment availability.
  • Proven and passionate drive: a love for and commitment to patient impact while driving clinical outcomes, demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
  • Collaboration dedication: the desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing."
  • Growth mindset and agility: the understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
  • Personal agency: the desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.
