Remote Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients
• Complete insurance review notes
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
• Lead IOP group sessions as needed
• Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in the state Maryland (Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferred)
• Possess preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
• Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years
• Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 10pm EST, with some flexibility

Pay

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
