Remote MEAN Stack Developer

About the role

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Provide technical leadership and make architecture decisions for complex systems. Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.
• Guide the team through challenging technical problems and resolve production issues.
• Balance hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively and influence technical decisions within the team.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of software development experience with deep expertise in MEAN stack technologies.
• Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, security, and system architecture.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
