Remote LPC

About the Role

AssuraSource is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide high-quality, telehealth-based counseling services to a diverse client population. The ideal candidate is skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and thrives in a collaborative, self-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniques
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies
• Promote a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of best practices in counseling

Requirements

• Valid, active LPC license in the state of Texas
• Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to work with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Commitment to professional development and ethical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care)
• Experience with telehealth service delivery
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish-English) are a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
