Remote - LMSW

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely
• Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Active LMSW license in the state of practice
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
• Experience using CBTC
• Crisis intervention experience is a plus
