Responsibilities

• Leverage life and health insurance expertise to advise and secure clients
• Work remotely with a self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach
• Communicate effectively and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology
• Conversational proficiency in Spanish and English
• Seeking a long-term career, not just another job

Pay

Unpaid base with commissions up to ~USD 150,000/month (total potential ~USD 14,000 + commissions).
