Remote Licensed Therapist (LMFT)

About the Role

This position involves providing clinical care as a licensed therapist, with a focus on helping clients improve their mental health and well-being. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and delivery methods, supporting both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain client progress and engagement using measurement-informed approaches.
• Uphold shared standards of care and actively participate in clinical measures and outcomes tracking.
• Collaborate with a team and access ongoing clinical training and case consultations.
• Manage client sessions independently, choosing your preferred schedule and session type.

Requirements

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Licensure in California.
• Ability to provide telehealth or in-person therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality care.
• Excellent communication and professional autonomy.
