Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients annually
• Treat a variety of clients including couples and children
• Help clients achieve measurable progress
• Work independently as an independently licensed clinician in California
• Use modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Open to treating a variety of clients
• Confident working with modern clinical technology
• A good teammate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field
• Experience in providing mental health services
• Knowledge of telehealth and electronic health records

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms

Pay

Up to $115,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
