Job Overview
We deliver leading customer experience (CX) solutions to global insurance clients that offer their consumers many products including life, health, property and casualty, long-term care, retirement planning, investments, roadside assistance, and warranty.
What We're Looking For
- Producer Personal Lines License required
- 6 months – 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have open availability during operating hours
- Professional customer service aptitude essential
- Basic conflict resolution skills required

- A quiet, distraction-free space is essential
- Cameras must be used for training and production
- Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation
