Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep
This is a direct hire, fully remote position with no sales responsibilities.
About the role
Licensed Insurance Agents play an essential role in helping customers safeguard what’s most important to them. As key members of our team, you will respond to inquiries from both customers and agents, providing clear, accurate, and efficient support on a wide range of property and casualty policy and billing matters. In this position, you will handle service issues, document customer needs, and complete policy updates that require an active insurance license. Support may be delivered through both inbound and outbound communication channels.
Schedule
Training/Nesting hours (14 weeks total): Monday-Friday, either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm (EST).
Post-training hours: Must be available Monday-Sunday for any 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 8:00pm (EST).
Requirements
- Active P&C or Personal Lines license with no active appointments
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED
Pay
English: $18/hr starting wage. $19/hr for any hours after 3pm. $21/hr for weekend hours.
Bilingual Spanish: $20/hr starting wage. $21/hr for any hours after 3pm. $23/hr for weekend hours.
