Remote Licensed Master's Social Worker - Fee for Service

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Connecticut State Licensure as a LCSW in Connecticut to provide telehealth sessions.

Requirements

• Approved by the board as a Licensed Masters Social Worker
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Connecticut
• Graduate of an approved 60‑credit hour program
• Graduate or post‑graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or post‑graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM‑5 under a licensed supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability
• Act as a behavioral health generalist, treating a variety of clients including couples and children
• Help clients achieve measurable progress
• Work confidently with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Be a good teammate and contribute positively to the clinical community

Pay

Up to $75,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET; build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
