Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with prospective clients to understand their life insurance and financial protection needs
• Educate individuals and families on available life insurance options
• Recommend coverage based on each client’s individual needs and goals
• Build lasting client relationships through professional, personalized service
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Use digital tools and technology to manage client relationships and business activities
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using computers and digital technology
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Passion for helping individuals and families protect their financial future

Pay

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Successful agents may earn $55,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance, effort, consistency, and time commitment.
