Remote Insurance Sales Representative (Uncapped Commission / $150k+ OTE)
About the Role
Jerry.ai built the first app to manage all aspects of car ownership—insurance shopping, refinancing, safety, and repairs. As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you will convert inbound interest from our 5M+ customers into bound policies, matching each customer with the right coverage from one of Jerry's 55+ carrier partners.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
- Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with Jerry
- Provide attentive, high-energy conversation with customers to find a policy that best fits their individual needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
Pay
Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00 plus uncapped commissions (on-target annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+).

Schedule
Flexible scheduling options: choose between a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
Location
This role is open to full-time hourly employees residing in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
