What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients who have requested information about insurance solutionsMeet with clients by phone or Zoom to understand their needsHelp families evaluate options including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, and other insurance-based solutionsWork with multiple highly rated insurance carriers to identify appropriate coverageFollow a proven sales process with ongoing training and mentorshipBuild lasting client relationships and provide excellent follow-up service No Cold Calling or Door-to-Door Sales Our agents have access to an established lead system consisting of consumers who have expressed interest in learning more about insurance coverage. You'll focus on speaking with interested prospects, identifying their needs, and helping them find appropriate solutions. Training and mentorship are provided. Compensation This is a 100% commission-only position. Compensation is based on individual sales production, carrier commission schedules, and applicable bonus programs. Some agents who successfully implement our sales and lead systems have generated six-figure annual incomes; however, individual results vary based on effort and performance. No level of earnings or production is guaranteed. Results depend on factors including effort, sales activity, skill development, lead engagement, geographic market, and client needs.
