Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying customer needs and recommending insurance solutions
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Maintain and exceed agency goals for production, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in coaching, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Active New York Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Proven insurance sales experience
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organization, time management, and CRM proficiency
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused mindset
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
