Remote Insurance Sales Manager Position (with Allstate Experience)

About the role

Join Anchor Line Insurance as a Remote Insurance Sales Manager! We are seeking a leader with direct experience working with Allstate and previous management experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of up to 10 remote insurance sales representatives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives.
• Oversee lead flow and partnerships with lead vendors to ensure a steady pipeline of quality opportunities.
• Maintain and monitor key performance metrics including individual and team sales performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular call coaching and quality assurance to enhance communication skills and sales effectiveness.
• Deliver ongoing training, support, and mentorship to your team to foster professional growth and success.
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive long-term customer loyalty and boost retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning to ensure our product offerings remain compelling and relevant.

Requirements

• Current insurance license is required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to lead by example and elevate performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proven success in a fully remote work environment; must be self-motivated and well-organized.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related technologies.
• Passion for building client relationships and improving customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of analyzing challenges and developing high-impact solutions.
