It provides remote customer service solutions to assist clients in managing their insurance accounts and resolving related concerns. About the Opportunity:The REMOTE INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE serves as a primary contact for customers, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries related to policies, billing, and account maintenance. This role is integral to maintaining high-quality customer experiences by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and supporting the organization’s service objectives. Responsibilities:Provide customer service through inbound phone interactions.Assist with policy servicing requests, updates, billing inquiries, and general questions.Explain insurance products and coverage within a non-licensed scope.Document customer interactions and maintain records in systems.Research and resolve customer concerns to ensure positive experiences.Navigate multiple systems to access account information and complete transactions.Comply with policies, standards, and quality requirements.Identify opportunities to transfer customers to licensed agents when needed.Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to learn insurance concepts and systems.Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.Attention to detail in a structured environment.Must reside in Georgia.Reliable internet connection with cable or fiber optic service (no WiFi).Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace.Preferred: Minimum one year customer service experience, work-at-home experience, and familiarity with call center or related environments. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Starting pay at $16.50 per hour for a 40-hour workweek.Top representatives may earn an additional $3 per hour plus bonuses.
