• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Evaluate clients' insurance requirements and offer suitable recommendations
• Clearly explain policy specifics, coverage limits, and exceptions to clients
• Aid clients in completing insurance applications and required documentation
• Process policy adjustments, endorsements, and claims accurately and promptly
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions

Must hold a valid Texas Property and Casualty General Lines insurance license at the time of application
Current residency in Texas
1-2 years of experience in Insurance Sales
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions

Guaranteed Base, PLUS Commissions
Average 1st-year total earnings range from $65K-$70K
Average 2nd-year total earnings range from $75K-$90K
