We are currently hiring quality Inbound sales professionals in the following states:
- AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV
Licensed only candidates based in ID, MT, WY, GA, TN, AL, OK, KS and KY.
Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty brand, connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.
- Adapt to different work environments (office or remote) and varying needs of policyholders.
- Close sales with integrity, ensuring customers receive quality products and services.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire (paid training and licensing provided if unlicensed).
Ideal candidates are passionate sellers, reliable teammates, and customer-centric closers with a persuasive personality and determination.
Schedule
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- Shift options: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST, or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM EST.
- This schedule is expected for a minimum of 6 months before consideration for another shift.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, conducted in a remote work environment.
Pay
- Starting base salary: $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range: $55,000–$75,000 (base salary + generous commission).
- Top-performing agents in their second year and beyond can earn up to $85,000+.

Remote work requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
