Remote Inbound Sales Agent (Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking Remote Inbound Sales Agents with retail backgrounds from top-tier stores like Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco. Ideal candidates have experience providing excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people who have already started their insurance search in our app.
• Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the one that fits their budget.
• Listen to a customer's concerns and find a solution that makes them feel confident in their choice.
• Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail environment (Apple store, Microsoft store, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, Costco, etc.)
• Genuinely enjoy helping people and can stay upbeat throughout the day
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating different screens while talking to a customer

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling options, choose between a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
