Remote Immigration Attorney for NJ Firm with Heart

AG Law Firm based in New Brunswick, New Jersey is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Immigration Attorney with 5+ years of family-based, deportation defense, and humanitarian relief experience to join a firm where attitude, character, personality, and integrity matter.

Responsibilities

• Manage 200-250 cases with the help of a dedicated team.
• Manage a wide range of immigration applications and relief, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, family petitions, waivers, IV consular processing, and adjustment of status, as well as appeals and federal litigation.
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and interviews before EOIR and USCIS, and communicate effectively with clients to guide them through complex immigration processes.

Requirements

• Fluency/professional proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Candidates must have a J.D. and be licensed to practice in any U.S. state with a preference for New Jersey admission.

Pay

Salary Range + Bonus: $115,000 to $155,000 yearly, depending on experience and demonstrated value, plus quarterly bonus structure based on hitting KPIs.

Schedule

100% remote role in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Maryland. The Attorney must be able to attend any in-person court dates in Newark, New Jersey or appearances at the USCIS office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and should be located within a reasonable travel distance of these locations.

Language/J.D./Bar Admission
