We help women get to the root of gut issues, low energy, hormones and stubborn weight. Carley is handing her strategy calls to a dedicated closer. You'll be talking to moms about their health, so empathy matters as much as closing. The role- 55-minute strategy calls on Google Meet with women who already applied and were pre-qualified by our setter- One-call close for STABILIZE, our 16-week front-end program- 20+ held calls a week at full ramp- Notes in GoHighLevel and follow-up on time- Calendar runs on Eastern Time (ET) What you can earn- 10% of cash collected, paid per installment as it comes in- $440 per paid-in-full enrollment at 10%, $660 at 15%- 15% at a 50% close rate, even during your trial- Lead Closers earn a 3% backend bonus on OPTIMIZE cash from retained clients they closed- Commission is clawed back on refunds or chargebacks Commission only: no base, no hourly. No grind culture.- Async training from Carley: recorded calls, our playbook and drills Start dates- Nov 9: async training starts- Nov 23: your own calls- Dec 1: all strategy calls You're a fit if you- Have closed remote high-ticket offers ($3k+) with numbers you can share- Lead with empathy, then ask for the decision- Have lots of open hours in Eastern Time (ET)- Are coachable and review your own call recordings- Live in the United States and are authorized to work here The contract: 1099 independent contractor, 90-day trial with a review at day 90. Before your first call: contractor agreement, W-9, and general liability insurance in your own name.
