Remote Frontend Vue.js Developer - Contingent

Role Overview

A Frontend Vue.js Developer responsible for integrating custom web applications within a microservices architecture, supporting both front-end and back-end development, and ensuring accessibility and mobile-friendliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an Agile environment, working cross-functionally
• Build and update web applications, supporting back-end code as needed
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and Section 508
• Support client needs alongside project management
• Manage multiple tasks independently and within a team

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of web application development experience
• 3+ years of Vue.js
• Full-stack development background including UI frameworks and back-end interactions
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and RESTful web services
• Experience with CI, Agile methodologies, and issue resolution in open-source tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with federal government projects
• Knowledge of Vite, Quasar, Pinia, and Python backend development
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
