About the Role: Maverick Currencies is looking for disciplined, self-directed traders to trade firm capital in forex, metals, and cryptocurrency. You’ll manage a firm-funded account within set risk limits, under a performance-based independent contractor agreement. This is a trading role. It is not sales, analyst work, or a client-facing position. It’s fully remote with no on-site requirement, and you set your own schedule. What You’ll Do: Trade firm-funded forex, metals, and crypto accounts following an approved written trading planStay within the firm’s risk rules, including daily and maximum drawdown limits and position sizingBuild, test, and refine your trading plan with an assigned coachKeep a detailed trade journal and submit performance reports for reviewFollow price action, market structure, and economic releases for the markets you tradeJoin scheduled coaching sessions, trade reviews, and team callsComplete the firm’s training and evaluation program before trading full capital What We’re Looking For: Working knowledge of technical analysis: chart structure, support and resistance, and common indicatorsThe ability to follow a defined process consistently, even in volatile marketsComfort with fully remote work, regular written reporting, and direct coaching feedbackReliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace during your chosen trading hoursPrior trading experience is helpful but not required, because structured training is providedFamiliarity with platforms like TradingView is a plus Pay: You’ll be paid a performance-tiered share of the net trading profits you generate on firm capital.
