Responsibilities

• Manage the full search lifecycle: business development, client partnerships, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing top talent.
• Build meaningful relationships and develop expertise on both client and candidate sides.
• Collaborate with team members on searches, share expertise, and split placements.
• Run your desk like your own business, choosing the clients and markets you want to develop.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience (2+ years minimum) OR B2B sales experience (3+ years minimum)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong work ethic

• Base salary + uncapped commissions
