• Support and mentor sales agents
• Help monitor performance
• Aid in developing sales strategies

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Leadership potential or willingness to develop leadership abilities
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar)
• Previous sales or management experience is a plus but not required
