Greensboro Radiology is seeking a full-time Emergency Radiologist to support our established, highly subspecialized practice in central North Carolina. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to enhance patient care at the multiple EDs and hospitals where Greensboro Radiology provides radiological services. Neuro MR/CTA is managed under Neuroradiology coverage.

Greensboro Radiology is a highly subspecialized private practice group with 55+ radiologists providing patient care to multiple health systems and imaging centers throughout central North Carolina. The mission is to lead radiology excellence through personalized and compassionate care. The practice operates a single PACS/voice recognition environment across all served areas.

Hospital Overview

  • Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital: A 500+ bed, full-service tertiary care center serving the greater Greensboro region. It is a Level II Trauma Center with a certified stroke center.
  • Wesley Long Hospital: A 175-bed hospital providing comprehensive medical and surgical services.
  • Alamance Regional Medical Center: A 200+ bed community hospital serving Burlington and surrounding areas, also a designated stroke center.
  • Annie Penn Hospital: Additional hospital support within the practice.

The practice also supports several outpatient imaging and procedural clinics throughout the region. These hospitals are recognized for clinical excellence, advanced technology, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
  • Residency-trained in an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Program
  • Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology is a plus
  • ABR board-certified or board-eligible
  • Licensed or ability to obtain license in the State of North Carolina

Pay

The range for this position is $550,000–$850,000. Final compensation may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
