Responsibilities
- Managing ongoing SEO, web design, web development, and digital marketing client accounts
- Aiding with and reviewing project scopes, including financial, resource, and technical requirements
- Creating and reviewing cost estimates while considering business impact, project risk, and client goals
- Attending regular client meetings, kickoff calls, and specialty calls with new and existing clients
- Organizing internal strategy meetings to discuss campaign direction and client objectives
- Acting as a creative and strategic liaison between clients and internal teams
- Responding promptly and reliably to client communications within expected response times
- Clarifying and communicating project objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria to the team
- Reviewing project deliverables before they are shared with clients
- Ensuring project deliverables are complete, accurate, current, and stored properly
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends, digital marketing opportunities, and web solutions that may benefit clients
- Recommending website design, SEO, PPC, and online marketing improvements to current clients
- Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and strategy improvements
- Closing out projects and helping collect final payments when needed
Qualifications
- Enough knowledge to pass a skills test in either web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC
- Strong project management, account management, or client management experience across multiple clients
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Experience presenting professional materials in on-camera client meetings
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- A confident speaking presence, strong command of your voice, and the ability to communicate with authority
- Solid understanding of project management methodology, including issue resolution, risk management, work planning, resource allocation, meeting management, and project specifications
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Basecamp, Jira, Asana, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of web design standards, usability, rich media, and digital production workflows
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
