About the role
Bensonhurst Dental is seeking a Remote Dental Treatment Closer to help qualified leads move forward with life-changing dental procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-trust sales and be motivated by helping others improve their health and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients for treatments including same-day smiles, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures.
- Present personalized treatment plans and clearly communicate associated costs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Handle patient concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM and meet/exceed monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition to care.
- Stay current with Bensonhurst Dental’s treatment offerings and technology.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in dental sales, treatment coordination, or healthcare consultations.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic, implant, or restorative dentistry strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket treatment plans in a remote or virtual setting.
- Comfortable using CRM software, video platforms (Zoom, etc.), and digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative, compassionate approach.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and results orientation.
Qualifications
