About the role

Bensonhurst Dental is seeking a Remote Dental Treatment Closer to help qualified leads move forward with life-changing dental procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-trust sales and be motivated by helping others improve their health and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients for treatments including same-day smiles, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Present personalized treatment plans and clearly communicate associated costs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Handle patient concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and meet/exceed monthly performance goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition to care.
  • Stay current with Bensonhurst Dental’s treatment offerings and technology.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in dental sales, treatment coordination, or healthcare consultations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic, implant, or restorative dentistry strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket treatment plans in a remote or virtual setting.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, video platforms (Zoom, etc.), and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative, compassionate approach.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and results orientation.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a strong background in dental sales, treatment coordination, or healthcare consultations. In-depth knowledge of cosmetic, implant, or restorative dentistry is preferred. Proven ability to close high-ticket treatment plans in a remote or virtual setting is essential. Comfortable using CRM software, video platforms, and digital tools is required. Excellent communication skills with a consultative, compassionate approach are necessary.
