Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and maintain large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Review incoming data for completeness, consistency, and quality.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze data trends and prepare reports for management.
- Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data security policies.
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in data processing, data entry, administrative support, or data analysis is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A high attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
