About the Opportunity

The Remote Data File Clerk / Appointment Setter role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who will ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of digital records while actively generating business opportunities by scheduling appointments. This position supports both administrative data management and client engagement to contribute to organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Organise, manage, and maintain digital files and records accurately
  • Perform timely and precise data entry to update databases
  • Protect the integrity and confidentiality of company and client information
  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients using provided lists
  • Clearly communicate services to prospective clients to generate interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments for senior team members
  • Maintain detailed logs of communications and appointment activities

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, data entry, or appointment-setting roles
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism on calls
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet and suitable home office setup
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $39 USD per hour
