Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and updating data from various sources into our company databases and digital systems.
- Regularly verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies as they arise.
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
- Organising and maintaining files and records to ensure they remain current and easily accessible.
- Generating reports and retrieving data for other team members and departments as requested.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a high level of proficiency in data entry.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or computer skills are an advantage.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
