Remote Data Entry Analyst

We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time position based out of our operations in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter customer account information, service orders, and billing details into company databases.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections and updates as necessary to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain the integrity of our databases by performing regular data cleansing and quality checks.
• Prepare, sort, and organize source documents for data entry.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested, ensuring timely delivery of information.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive company and customer information.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and support departmental projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry, data analyst, or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a strong eye for detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data management systems and CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.

Pay

A competitive hourly wage of $28 - $35 USD per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
