About the role

As a Customer Success Advisor on the Agency Builder track, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Identify and address client concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and advocacy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
