Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative

Our representatives meet remotely with individuals who have signed up for benefits that protect their families beyond their employer's coverage. They consult with families, explain available options, and help them choose the plan that best fits their needs. This role is ideal for those new to benefits consulting or with some experience, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success. Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized. They think like entrepreneurs and are committed team players. Job Requirements Contact individuals who have requested information on the benefits we offerSchedule virtual meetings with these individualsCustomize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each clientEstablish and maintain relationships with existing and new clientsPerform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustmentsProvide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needsRespond to and resolve client questions and concernsEnsure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Hearing insurance through Blue Cross and Blue ShieldCompany stock optionsComprehensive remote paid training programWeekly pay with a competitive commission structure, on average $65,000 to $70,000 in the first yearFlexible work schedule with the ability to work remotely (Our offices are open if you work more efficiently in an office setting) Powered by JazzHR
