About the role

Meet with individuals who have signed up for supplemental benefits to help protect their families beyond what their employer covers. The role involves consulting with families, explaining available options, and helping them choose the best plan.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals requesting more information about our benefits
  • Schedule Zoom meetings with interested members
  • Customize and adjust new and existing benefit plans to meet the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to member needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
