About the Opportunity:The REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REP role is designed to engage customers via inbound calls, offering product recommendations and resolving inquiries. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate account information, and contributing to sales targets and compliance with regulatory standards.
