What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring professionalism and courtesy
  • Make outbound calls as necessary based on business needs
  • Resolve or escalate customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using Case Management or CRM systems
  • Maintain a high degree of quality in customer interactions as measured by internal quality monitoring and surveys

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
  • Strong listening and human relations skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and understand the workflow of inquiry resolutions

  • Experience with CRM applications or case management systems
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Strong typing and writing abilities to respond to inquiries
