Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, account updates, returns, refunds, and service requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Provide customers with product, service, billing, and account information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Meet company productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Stay current on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace are required.
