Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Process orders, account updates, returns, refunds, and service requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Provide customers with product, service, billing, and account information.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Meet company productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Stay current on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace are required.
