About the Opportunity

The Remote Customer Service Representative role is designed to provide professional and timely support to customers, acting as the primary point of contact. This position contributes to maintaining high-quality client service and supports the organization's goal of delivering reliable income solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information about the fund and its services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a calm and patient approach
  • Proficiency with office software and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for independent remote work
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interest or experience in financial services is advantageous

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range is $21 to $34 USD per hour for this part-time remote position.
