Job Overview

The Gainey Agency is seeking Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join their fully remote team. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing ongoing policy support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
  • Affix basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license are encouraged to apply (guidance provided).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital communication tools.
  • Preferred: previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service and familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
