Job Overview
The Gainey Agency is seeking Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join their fully remote team. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing ongoing policy support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
- Affix basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary updates.
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
- Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license are encouraged to apply (guidance provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital communication tools.
- Preferred: previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service and familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
