Key responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
  • Affiliate with basic policy servicing, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.
  • Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license will be supported.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficient with basic digital tools, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
