Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
- Affiliate with basic policy servicing, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
- Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license will be supported.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Proficient with basic digital tools, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online communication platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
